摘要
脂肪组织是特殊的内分泌器官,可参与能量代谢并分泌多种细胞及组织因子。Vaspin是一种新发现的内脏脂肪特异性蛋白酶抑制剂,属丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂超家族。研究发现,vaspin与代谢综合征的发病机制密切相关。其具有胰岛素增敏作用,可以改善糖耐量,调节糖、脂代谢,在肥胖或肥胖相关的功能失调中可能发挥作用。肥胖时脂肪组织的堆积以及胰岛素敏感性的降低都可能导致vaspin水平增加。
Adipose tissue is a special endocrine organ,which participates in energy metabolism and secretes a variety of cytokines and tissue factors. Vaspin is a newly discovered visceral adipose tissue specific protease inhibitor, and it belongs to the serine protease inhibitor (smpine) superfamily. It has been discovered that vaspin has a very close relationship with the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome (MS). It can increase insulin sensitivity, improve glucose tolerance and regulate glucose and lipid metabolism. Vaspin may play an important role in obesity or obesity related dysfunction. The accumulation of adipose tissue and the reduction of insulin sensitivity accompanied with obesity may lead to the increase of vaspin.
