源于内脏脂肪组织的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 Vaspin （visceral adipose tissue-derived serine protease inhibitor,源于内脏脂肪组织的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂）DNA于2005年日本冈山大学Hidak等首次分离自日本大冢黄褐鼠德岛肥胖大鼠（Otsuka Long-Evans Tokushina Fatty rat，OLETF）的内脏白色脂肪（WAT），这是一肥胖并患有2型糖尿病（T2DM）还具有腹部肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、高血压和血脂异常特征的动物模型。
