摘要
目的分析男性初诊2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者的性激素和性激素结合蛋白水平,旨在探讨T2DM的发生与性激素及性激素结合蛋白之间的关系。方法用电化学发光方法检测T2DM组和对照组的血清性激素和性激素结合蛋白水平。结果 T2DM组的血清总睾酮和性激素结合蛋白水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而雌二酮水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论性激素及性激素结合蛋白与男性T2DM的发生有明显相关,可能在病情发生发展中起一定作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus（type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM） and sex hormones,sex hormone-binding protein,we analyze the serum sex hormones and sex hormone-binding protein levels in the men first diagnosed patients with T2DM.Methods The serum sex hormones and sex hormone-binding protein levels were assayed by using electricitychemiluminescence immunoassay between T2DM group and control group.Results Compared with the control group,the serum total testosterone and sex hormone-binding protein levels were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）,and estradiol level was significantly higher in the T2DM group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion There was a significant relationship between the serum sex hormones and sex hormone-binding protein in men first diagnosed patients with T2DM.Sex hormones and sex hormone-binding may play a role in the occurrence and development of T2DM.
