摘要
新时期高校学生党建工作面临的背景、形势和任务发生了显著变化,对高校学生党支部工作提出了新的要求,以创新的思维和精神深入研究大学生党员发展和作用发挥、学生党支部建设的理念和路径是高校学生党建工作的重要内容。加强高校基层学生党组织建设,需要从加强制度建设、组织建设和文化建设多维角度出发,构建党员发展科学化体系,完善组织机制,激发学生党支部的活力,促进学生党员发挥先锋模范作用,提高高校学生党支部工作的科学化水平。
Student-- oriented CPC building in the university has,in the new era, undergone significant changes in background, sit- uation and tasks, thus putting up challenges on its student--branch building. It is an indispensable part of Party construction to bear an innovative mind and spirit when delving into the development and functioning of CPC student--members, as well as the ideology and approaches to be adopted in the Party＇s student--branch construction. This article discusses such aspects in student--branches of the university as the reinforcement of institutional building, the approaches of organizational and cultural building, the construction of a scientific member developing system, the perfection of organizational mechanism, the invigoration of student--branches＇ vitality, the promotion of student--members＇ exemplary role, and the boost of scientific level in student --branch work in universities.
