摘要
构建和谐高校既是高校自身发展的内在要求,更是构建和谐社会的应有之义。学生基层党组织是高校党的全部工作和战斗力的基础,肩负着重大的政治责任,具有不可替代的优势。高校学生基层党组织建设必须从构建和谐社会的大局谋划,立足新的实践,把握时代特点,紧密结合大学生的新变化,研究和探索学生基层党组织在新形势下推进思想政治工作,推进人才培养、知识创新和社会服务,推动改革和维护稳定的新思路、新办法,实现党建工作的观念创新、方法创新和机制创新。
The construction of a harmonious university is not only the intrinsic requirement of university development but also a component of building a harmonious society. As the foundation of all the work and effectiveness of the Party at college level, student Party branches shoulder great political responsibilities and have their irreplaceable advantages. Their construction must be done in accordance with the overall situation of harmonious society construction, be based on the new practice, keep pace with the times and pay close attention to the new situation. New ap- proaches and methods must be found to promote highe education, knowledge innovation and social services, which, in turn, will boost the national reform and maintain the social stability.
