摘要
介绍1种基于AT89S52单片机的直流电动机驱动控制系统,主要研究了基于LMD18200的直流电动机的H桥式驱动电路,并设计了以LM629运动控制芯片为核心的电动机驱动控制电路。系统采用AT89S52单片机为主控芯片,用C语言编写单片机控制程序,利用VC++编写控制界面,通过串口通信实现与上位机的联系。在Protel 99SE中绘制原理图和PCB,经过调试实现了对电动机速度和位置闭环控制。
The paper described a drive and control system for DC motor, mainly researched H-bridge driver circuit for DC motor based on LMD18200, and designed the motor drive control circuit by motion control chip LM629 as the core of the circuit. The system made use of AT89S52 as the master chip, the control program was written by C language and used VC ++ to write the control interface to realize connection with the host computer via the serial port. Draw the schematic and PCB in Protel 99SE. After debugging, the closed-loop control of motor speed and position were achieved.
