电容式测压器壳体电容可行性的验证

摘要 针对放入式电子测压器所遇到的问题设计了一种基于电容式传感器的压力测试系统,采用壳体本身作为压力敏感元件,实现压力传感器与壳体一体化,通过测量壳体本身的应变就可以实现压力的测试,既减小体积又降低成本;文中详细介绍了该测试系统的工作原理,而且考虑到机械加工及安装精度的影响,主要对壳体电容的结构进行计算分析,对测压器进行了动态校准,验证了该设计方案是可行的。 Aiming at the problems in the exiting internal electronic pressure gauge, the paper gave the design of pressure test system based on capacitive, using the shell itself as a pressure sensor, achieve the integration of pressure sensor with the shell, not only reduces the volume but also the costs. Considering the accuracy of machining and installation, the paper mainly calculated and analyzed the structure of the shell capacitor, made the dynamic calibration of the pressure measurement detector, verified the feasibility of the design.
