摘要
设计一种新型的放入式电子测压器。它是直接利用测压器的壳体来作为电容器的一个极板,而在测压器的壳体内腔固定一封闭圆桶使其外壁为电容器另一极板,共同构成一个电容器,利用测压器的壳体受压后产生变形使电容器两极板间的距离变化将导致电容器电容量变化的原理测量测压器的壳体所受到的压力。本文分析了测压器的壳体受到的压强与其产生形变的关系并给出了这种传感器的灵敏度和动态响应频率。通过分析,这种基于电容测量的放入式测压器具有响应迅速、结构紧凑、成本低的优点。
To design a novel kind of electric gauge for chamber pressure measurements. The shell of the gauge is directly used as one plate of the capacitor, a sealed metal barrel is fixed inside the shell and its shell will be used as another plate of the capacitor. The two plates compose the capacitor. The shell of gauge will deform after it bears pressure and the deform will make the distance of two plate change and the change will make value of the capacitance alter. Thus We can make use of the principle to measure the pressure value of the shell of the gauge bore. In the article we analyze the relationship between the pressure that the shell of the gauge bore and the chang when the shell of the gauge bore stress and give the sensitivity and dynamic response frequency of the transducer. The electronic bore pressure gauge by the capacitance measurement has advantages of rapid respond, compact structure and lower costs.
