摘要
介绍火炮膛压峰值的计算机测试系统,本系统利用计算机和较完善的软件通过光栅式位移传感器自动测出测压元件的变形量,并通过接口卡采集进入计算机,在计算机上进行后续的数据处理和数据输出.从而消除人工测试时引入的人为误差,提高测试精度.同时减少人力编表、查表、填写最终测压记录报告等过程中极容易出现的错误,并把人们从这一系列的繁琐事务中解脱出来.实践表明,整个系统工作可靠,操作简便.
A computer test system of gun peak chamber pressure is introduced in this paper. In this system, using computer and a complete software, the deformation of crushable element is not only measured automatically by a grating displacement transducer, but also collected into computer by computer interface chip. Besides, all the data processies and data output are also carried out in the computer. So that it eliminate the manmade errors in manual measurement, improve the test precision and reduce the fault created easily when men draw up pressure list, look up data in the list and fill in the final report, free people from all the trivial matters. All of these make this computer test system work properly and conveniently.
