摘要
目的:建立心脉乐片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Kromasi C1(84.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相∶甲醇-水(75∶25);检测波长:270 nm;柱温:室温;进样量:10 mL。结果:丹参酮ⅡA回归方程为Y=173.7X+2817835,在0.06-0.14μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均加样回收率为97.50%,RSD%为0.71%(n=6)。结论:该法简便、准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为控制心脉乐片的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for quantitative deternination of tanshinone ⅡA in Xinmaile tablets. Methods: The separation was performed on Uhrasphere C18 column(4.6 mm×250 ram, 5 μm) with mobile phase of methanol and Water(75:25). The UV detection wavelength was 270 nm; Column temperature was room temperature; sample size was 10 mL. Results: The regressions was Y=173.7X+2817835; with good relations, the linear range of Salvianolic Acid B was 0.06 to 0.14 μg, r=0.9999. The mean recovery was 97.50% and RSD was 0.71%(n=6). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, sensitive and available for quality in Xinmaile tablets.
