摘要
目的:利用数码显微测量技术测量扶桑叶中显微结构的大小和显微常数。方法:采用Motic BA300数码显微镜,Motic DigiClass 1.2图像观察与拍照软件及Motic Images Advanced 3.2图像处理软件对扶桑叶粉末制片、表面制片或整体透化装片中的草酸钙簇晶的直径、栅表比、脉岛数、气孔数和气孔指数进行测量。结果:扶桑叶中草酸钙簇晶的直径为5-20μm,栅表比为1:(3.6±0.4),脉岛数为(11.7±2.1)个/mm2,下表皮气孔数为(0.37±0.04)个/mm2,气孔指数为(16.19±2.61)%。结论:数码显微测量技术具有操作简便、精度高、误差小、用时少的优点,可以在中药显微测量中进行推广。
Objective: To use the digital microscope measurement technique to measure rhe hibiscus leaves' size and microscopic constants.Methods: Use Motic BA300 digital microscope,Motic DigiClass 1.2 software and the image observed and photographed and Motic Images Advanced 3.2 image processing software on hibiscus leaf powder to make glass slider,or as a whole through the surface film of calcium oxalate crystal clusters disguise the diameter of palisade ratio,pulse a few islands,the number of stomata and stomatal index were measured.Results: The hibiscus leaf clusters of calcium oxalate crystals in the diameter of 5-20 μm,palisade ratio was 1:(3.6±0.4),vein islet number was(11.7±2.1) a/mm2,the next number of stomata(0.37±0.04) a/mm2,stomatal index(16.19±2.61)%.Conclusion: digital microscopic measurement techniques have advantages of simple,high precision,less error,cost little of time,It can be measured in traditional Chinese medicine and can be spread into more places.
