摘要 汽轮机是一种在高温、高压和高转速条件下工作的大型精密机器,随着机组容量的不断增大,蒸汽参数越来越高,热力系统越来越复杂,人们对机组安全运行的要求不断提高。为确保汽轮机机组的安全运行,目前在汽轮机组上都装有各种类型的安全保护装置,用来对各种重要参数进行监视和保护。本文采用SVM方法对汽轮机轴系系统进行状态监测和分析,判断设备是否存在安全隐患,提醒维修人员早期做好维修准备。 Steam turbine is a kind of large precision machine which is working under the conditions of high temperature, high voltage and high speed. With the unit capacity increase, steam parameters more and more higher, the thermal system more and more complicate, people requires the unit safe operation continuous improvement. To ensure the steam turbine unit safe operate, currently, all types of safety protection devices used to all kinds of important parameters to monitor and protect. In this article, the SVM method of steam turbine shaft system state monitor and analysis, judgement equipment is unsafe, remind the maintenance personnel early to make repair.
