摘要
赤泥是氧化铝冶炼工业中排放的一种强碱性固体废弃物.为降低赤泥中碱的含量,实现赤泥综合、资源化的利用,对水洗脱碱工艺进行了初步研究.实验结果表明,洗涤次数和浸泡时间对脱碱效果影响较大,在室温下,液固比为5∶1时,赤泥浸泡1d后,洗涤5次以上时,可以去除赤泥中95%以上的Na+.
Red mud is a strong basicity solid waste residue of alumina refinery industry.In this paper,the effect of water washing process on reduction of alkali content of red mud has been preliminary studied.Results show that water washing number and soaking time have a great impact on removal of free alkali in red mud.At room temperature,when the water:solid ratio reaches to 5∶1,after having been soaked 1 d and washed 5 times,95% free alkali in red mud can be removed.
