摘要
建立了惰气熔融-热导法测定金属纤维(FeCrAl)中氮含量的方法。研究了助熔剂种类、称样量、分析时间、分析功率及比较水平对测定结果的影响。确定以镍做助熔剂,称样量为0.07g,分析时间为55s,分析功率为5 000W,比较水平为1为最佳试验条件。采用本方法测定内控金属纤维标样FeCrAl-1(w(N)=0.017 0%)和FeCrAl-2(w(N)=0.026 5%)的氮含量,测定结果与国标GB/T 4698.7-1996蒸馏分离-奈斯勒试剂分光光度法基本一致,相对标准偏差(n=10)分别为2.8%和1.7%。
The determination method of nitrogen in FeCrAl metal fibre by inert gas fusion-thermal conductivity was established.The effect of flux,sampling amount,analytical time,analytical power and comparation level on determination results was studied.The optimal testing conditions were obtained as follows: using nickel as flux,0.07 g of sample,55 s analytical time,analytical power of 5 000 W and comparation level of 1.The proposed method was applied to the determination of nitrogen content in internal control metal fibre samples including FeCrAl 1(w(N) =0.0170%) and FeCrAl 2(w(N) =0.0265%).The determination results were basically consistent with those obtained by distillation separation-Nessler reagent spectrophotometric method in GB/T 4698.7-1996.The relative standard deviations(RSD,n=10) were 2.8 % and 1.7 %,respectively.
