摘要
针对水洗钽粉中杂质元素的干扰,采用EMGA-620W氧氮分析仪,测定了水洗钽粉中的氮,并与脉冲气相色谱法测氧氮(联测)进行了比较,认为该法快速、准确、可靠。
In accordance with the interference of impurity element in water washing tantalum powder,nitrogen in water washing tantalum powder is determined with ENGA-620W Oxygen-nitrogen analyzer,which is compared with determination of Oxygen-nitrogen (combining determination) with pulse gas chromatography.It is considered that this method is rapid,accurate and reciable.
