摘要
目的:检测大鼠口腔鳞状细胞癌发生及演变组织中EphA2、EphrinA1和E-cadherin的表达。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测大鼠腭部的7例正常黏膜、14例上皮单纯性增生黏膜、6例上皮轻度异常增生黏膜、10例上皮中度异常增生黏膜、19例上皮重度异常增生黏膜和14例口腔鳞状细胞癌黏膜组织中EphA2、EphrinA1和E-cadher-in的表达。结果:随正常黏膜到口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生演变,EphA2和EphrinA1的表达呈升高的趋势,E-cadherin的表达呈降低的趋势(F=35.903、101.757和65.409,P<0.001)。口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中EphA2与EphrinA1的表达呈正相关(r=0.708,P=0.015),与E-cadherin的表达呈负相关(r=-0.531,P=0.004);EphrinA1与E-cad-herin的表达呈负相关(r=-0.596,P<0.001)。结论:EphA2、EphrinA1和E-cadherin可能共同参与了口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生演变。
Aim:To detect the expressions of EphA2,EphrinA1 and E-cadherin in the carcinogenesis and progression of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) of rats. Methods:Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expres- sions of EphA2, EphrinA1 and E-cadherin in 7 cases of normal mucosa,14 cases of epithelial hyperplasia mucosa, 6 cases of mild epithelial dysplasia mucosa, 10 cases of moderate epithelial dysplasia mucosa, 19 cases of severe epithelial dysplasia mucosa, and 14 cases of OSCC mucosa in the palates of rats. Results:The expressions of EphA2 and EphrinA1 had a tend- ency of increasing while that of E-cadherin had a tendency of decreasing during the progression from normal mucosa to OS- CC mucosa(F = 35. 903, 101. 757 and 65. 409, P 〈 0. 001 ). In OSCC tissue, the expressions of EphA2 and EphrinA1 were positively associated ( r = 0. 708, P = 0. 015 ) ; those of EphA2 and E-cadherin were negatively associated ( r = - 0. 531 ,P = 0. 004) ; those of EphrinA1 and E-cadherin were negatively associated ( r = - 0. 596, P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclu- sion:EphA2, EphrinA1 and E-cadherin may participate in the carcinogenesis and progression of OSCC.
