摘要
本文从法官角色伦理分析出发,分析法官职业的本质,从法律的不确定性与法官角色伦理的博弈中引出法官的任职保障制度对于做好"法律世界中"法官的重要价值意义。文章从确保法官职业身份、树立法官职业尊荣、强化法官职业队伍三方面就法官非物质利益保障的若干问题进行探讨。
From the perspective of judges＇ role in the enforcement of ethics, this article makes an analysis of the essence of the judge＇s profession, and from the game of the uncertainty of the law and the judge＇s role in the enforcement of ethics, the article introduces the importance of establishing a guarantee system for judges to be in their profession, which will help them be good judges in ＂the legal world＂. The article discusses issues related to the guarantee of the judge＇s non-material interests in terms of three aspects： to ensure judges＇ professional identity, to set up respect and honor of the judge＇s profession and to strengthen the professional team of judges.
