摘要
目的建立用气相色谱法同时测定妇科十味片(香附、川芎、当归、元胡、白术、甘草等)中α-香附酮和藁本内酯的方法。方法采用气相色谱法,色谱柱为hp-5 ms毛细管柱(60 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm),进样口温度280℃,程序升温,检测器温度300℃。结果α-香附酮和藁本内酯分别在进样量为0.204 6～2.046μg、0.231 6～2.16μg的范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.9%(RSD为0.71%)、98.7%(RSD为1.3%)。结论本方法简便准确、重复性良好,可用于妇科十味片中α-香附酮和藁本内酯的定量测定。
AIM To establish a method for simultaneously determining α-cyperone and ligustilide in Fuke Shiwei Tablets（Cyperi Rhizoma,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Angelicae sinensis Radix,Corydalis Rhizoma,Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,etc.） by GC.METHODS GC method was carried out on the capillary column of hp-5 ms（60 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm）.The injector temperature was 280 ℃ with programmed temperature.The detector temperature was 300 ℃.RESULTS The linearities of α-cyperone and ligustilide were in the ranges of 0.204 6-2.46 μg,0.231 6-2.16 μg,respectively.Their average recoveries were 98.9%（RSD of 0.71%） and 98.7%（RSD of 1.3%）,respectively.CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can quantify the two active components,α-cyperone and ligustilide in Fuke Shiwei Tablets.
