摘要
执行力是决定企业成败的一个重要因素,是21世纪企业核心竞争力形成的关键。缺乏执行力是我国企业的通病,如何理解企业执行力,避免企业出现执行力缺失,成为我国企业迫切需要解决的一个重要课题。文章在探讨企业执行力内涵的基础上,分析了我国企业执行力缺失的表现及成因,提出了提升我国企业执行力的主要策略。
Executive power is an important factor and the formation of the key to decide the success or failure in the core competitiveness of enterprises in the 21at century. The lack of execution is a common problem of China＇ s enter- prises, how to understand the business execution, and avoid execution lack of enterprises have become an urgent need to address China＇ s enterprises is an important topic. This paper analyses the performance of the loss of busi- ness execution and causes based on the connotation of business execution, and put forward the main strategies to en- hance the execution in our country enterprise.
