摘要
目的:探讨分析机采血小板与手工采血小板的临床治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析45例机采和手工血小板治疗效果。结果:机采组血小板计数增加指数及血小板恢复百分率较手工组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);机采组输血不良反应较手工组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:机采血小板输注疗效较手工分离血小板显著。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of apheresis platelet and hand - made concentrat platelet. Method Clinical analysis on 45 cases of apheresis platelet and hand - made concentrat platelet. Results The CCI and PPR of apheresis platelet was better than hand - made concentrat platelet （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the transfusion reaction of apheresis platelet was lower than hand - made concentrat platelet （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of apheresis platelet transfusion is better.
