摘要
针对提馏段特点、物性和要求开发了 NS导向提馏塔板 ,对其结构特点和性能作了介绍 ,分析了这种塔板上气液两相流动状态和特有的导向推液作用。实验结果表明 ,NS导向提馏塔板效率比浮阀塔板提高 1 6 %～ 30 %。并对 NS导向提馏塔板的工业应用作了介绍。
A newly developed stripper plate——NS guided stripper plate is presented with its structure and performance, and the guidance of vapor for liquid flowing forward is brought to light through analysis of the momentum transfer between the liquid and vapor phase on this plate This guidance satisfied the specific separating target of stripping sect The experimental results show that the efficiency of NS guided stripper plate is 20%～30% higher than that of the distillation valve tray in vapor of stripping sect Industrial application of this stripper plate in refinery plant is also presented
