摘要
在Φ1.2m的冷模塔中对V型栅板的流体力学性能进行了实验测定,得出了计算流体力学参数的关联式,并与大孔筛板和F1型浮阀塔板进行了比较,证明了V型栅板是一种性能优良的塔板,为V型栅板的工程设计提供了参考依据.通过对塔板上气、液两相间的动量传递进行分析,讨论了动量传递对液面落差和清液层高度的影响.
he hydrodynamic performance of a V-grid tray is determined in a test column 1.2m in diameter. A set of equations is obtained to correlate the hydrodynamic parameters.A comparison of the hydrodynamic performance is made between the V-grid tray and a large-holed sieve tray, also an F1 valve tray. It shows that the V-grid tray is good in performance. In addition, the momentum transfer on the V-grid tray and its effect on clear liquid height and hydraulic gradient cross tray are discussed.
