摘要 本文研究了在Cu-Zn-Al和γ-Al_2O_3构成的复合催化剂上CO+H_2合成甲醇、二甲醚的本征动力学行为。在此复杂体系中,同时存在着CO+H_2合成甲醇、甲醇脱水生成二甲醚和水气变换三个反应。文中给出了表达这三个反应的动力学方程式,并通过数据拟合求出了动力学参数。模型的计算值与实验值相符较好。 The intrinsic kinetics of synthesis of methanol and dimethyl ether from CO+H_2 over the hybrid catalysts, which were composed of Cu-Zn-Al catalyst for methanol synthesis and γ-Al_2O_3 far methanol dehydration, was studied in the paper. The following three reactions occured simultaneously in the system, CO+2H_2=CH_3OH, 2CH_3OH=CH_3OCH_3+H_2O and CO+H_2O=CO_2+H_2. the rate expressions of these reactions were presented and the kinetic parameters were obtained by regression of the experimental data. A good agreement can be reached between the calculated and the experimental data.
