摘要
中国石油化工股份有限公司安庆分公司300 kt/a气体分馏装置改造充分利用了该公司现有公用工程、辅助设施和富裕的低温热源,以最大限度地节省投资,降低装置能耗。装置设计采用了成熟可靠的四塔工艺流程和新型组合导向浮阀塔板专利技术。改造后装置运行平稳,各项经济技术指标达到设计要求,丙烯增产增效840×10~4 RMB$/a,节能降耗增效831.6×10~4 RMB$/a。
The 6 000 b/d gas fractionation unit in SINOPEC Anqing Company was revamped for maximized utilization of existing utilities,auxiliary facilities and surplus low-temperature heat to minimize capital investment and energy consumption.The commercially proven 4-tower process and advanced patent technologies of new combined guide valve tray were applied in the revamp.After revamping,the unit runs smoothly with good operation flexibility.All economic indexes specified in the design have been met.The annual benefi...
