多发性骨髓瘤自体干细胞移植后短期内复发并累及中枢神经系统一例

摘要 患者男，45岁，工人，既往体健。2009年8月起出现活动后乏力、气短，同时伴右肩部及腰部疼痛不适。于当地查血常规：WBC4．3×10^9／L，Hb43g／L，Plt256×10^9／L。生化检查：乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）363．3U／L，血清清蛋白（ALB）26．8g／L，
