摘要 肠出血性大肠杆菌(Enterohaemorrhagic E.coli,EHEC)是一种可引起严重食源性疾病的细菌,能引起人的出血性肠炎和溶血性尿毒综合征。EHEC的一个重要的致病作用是它具有粘附到宿主肠道细胞的能力,其中有多种粘附因子发挥作用。本文对出现在EHEC的粘附因子的种类和作用机理进行阐述,重点介绍粘附蛋白、菌毛和脂多糖等粘附因子的研究进展。 Enterohaemorrhagic E.coli(EHEC) is a bacterium that can cause severe foodborne disease such as hemorrhagic enteritis and haemolytic uraemic syndrome.One of the important pathogenic actions of EHEC is the ability to adhere to host intestinal cells.Many adhesion factors play roles in this process.This article described the type and mechanism of adhesion factors belonging to EHEC,highlighting research progress of adhesion mechanism of adhesion proteins,fimbriae and lipopolysaccharide.
