摘要
目的:掌握河北省食品中大肠杆菌O157:H7分布状况及菌株的毒力研究。方法:运用免疫磁珠富集进行分离培养,并用PCR进行毒力基因分析。结果:共采集食品530份,检出O157:H7大肠杆菌5株,总检出率为0.9%。其中,以生牛、羊肉检出率较高,分别为6.7%和4.4%。5株O157:H7菌株中,4株带有SLT2、eae和H ly 3种毒力基因,1株带有SLT1、SLT2、eae和H ly 4种毒力基因。结论:掌握食品中O157:H7分布及生物学特性对预防食源性疾病暴发有重要意义。
Objective:To detect the Escherichia coli O157:H7 positive rate of food and the toxic gene of the strain in Hebei Province. Methods:Escherichia coli O157:H7 was isolated with immune magnetic essay from foods and PCR was performed to detect the toxic gene of the strains. Results: Altogether 5 strains of O157 : H7 were separated from 530 feces of different foods and the overall positive rate was 0. 9%. The positive rates of cattle and sheep was high and it was 6. 7% and 4. 4% respectively. For 5 strains,SLT1 ,SLT2, eaeA and lily toxic genes were detected,4 strains carried SLT2, eae and Hly genes, 1 strain carried SLT1, SLT2,eae and Hly genes. Conclusion:To enhance the surveillance of O157 :H7 in food should be very important for the prevention and control of the foodborne disease outbreaks.
