阿片肽在外周内源性镇痛中的迁徙粘附机理研究

The research on migration and adhesion of opioid peptide in the peripheral endogenous analgesia

摘要 外周阿片疗法的研究促进了在受伤害组织局部用药的发展,避免有效药物浓度应用于全身所产生的系统性副作用,维持有效的镇痛作用避免药物耐受。利用阿片类药物治疗各种疼痛已被广泛研究,尤其在炎性疼痛中最为成熟,如何将阿片类药物应用到各种临床疼痛,并阐明其机理依然需要进一步的研究。本文总结近期国内外相关文献,主要对阿片肽在内源性镇痛过程中所发挥的作用,以及免疫细胞在炎性组织局部迁徙粘附机理进行综述。 Peripheral-acting opioid therapy can facilitate optimization of drug concentrations at the site of injury, thereby avoiding systemically active drug levels, systemic adverse effects while maintaining effective analgesia and avoiding the development of tolerance. An increasing number of studies have produced clear evidence of the clinical usefulness of opioids in peripheral analgesia. This review summarized the mechanism on migration and adhesion of immunocyte in peripheral inflamed tissue and discussed application of opioid peptide in peripheral endogenous anahzesia.
