摘要
从组分设计出发,详细阐述了弥散颗粒和合金元素的种类、含量及微观结构对材料性能的影响。介绍了机械合金化法、内氧化法、化学沉淀法和溶胶-凝胶法制备弥散强化铜合金的工艺过程和特点。指出了未来弥散强化铜合金组分设计和制备工艺研究中应关注的焦点问题及研究方向。
The effects of kinds, contents and microstructure of the dispersion particles and alloying elements on the material properties from material components design are expounded. The technical process and characteristic of four methods of preparing dispersion^strengthened copper are introduced, including mechanical alloying, internal-oxi dation, chemical precipitation and sol-gel method. Finally the key problems in the preparation technology and the ma- terial components design of dispersion-strengthened copper in future are pointed out.
