摘要
在 B8 7C- 6弹簧动态应力松弛试验结果的基础上 ,对松弛前后弹簧样品的微观组织进行了 TEM观察 ,并进一步探讨了其应力松弛机理 .
For the purpose of exploring the stress relaxation mechanism of springs,microstructures of B87C-6 compressed helical springs which have relaxed under cyclic load are investigated,and the conclusion is that thermally active motions of dislocations in high stress regions lead to the stress relaxation of spring.Then the cyclic stress relaxation performance is discussed according to the theory of thermal activation of dislocation.
