摘要
农民工回乡创业对缓解农村就业压力和增加农民收入有至关重要的作用,但什么样的环境能够促进农民工回乡创业的研究较少。主要从创业环境维度的构念出发,运用实地调研数据通过probit模型的回归分析考察创业环境维度变量对农民工回乡创业选择的影响。主要结论为:创业环境维度中,融资环境和教育环境对农民工回乡创业选择的影响不显著;市场环境和政府环境对农民工回乡创业选择的影响显著;当地市场流动人口的增加和政府支持创业政策的出台,以及农村完善的社保体系的建立,都会促进农民工回乡创业。
Rural migrant workers entrepreneurship has a significant effect on promoting employment and increasing income of peasants. However, few scholars have analyzed the environment of entrepreneurship. From the perspective of entrepreneurial environment dimensionality, this paper mainly analyzes the effects of dimensionality variables on the entrepreneurial choice of rural migrant workers by probit model based on survey data. The conclusion is that the effect of finance environment and education environment on entrepreneurship is not significant while the effect of market environment and government environment on entrepreneurship is significant, and the increasing of floating population, the promulgating of supporting-entrepreneurship policy and the establishment of the social security system could promote the rural migrant workers entrepreneurship.
