摘要
目的了解柳州市娱乐场所女性性服务工作者(FSW)艾滋病(HIV)相关知识和相关危险行为状况,为今后改进和完善干预措施提供依据。方法按国家及省级HIV综合监测方案,在柳州市区和4个县采用随机抽样方法抽取FSW 1 846名,采用一对一匿名问卷调查,并进行血清学检测。结果调查对象在婚居多,但离异或丧偶的FSW艾滋病感染率高,达8.1%;所有调查对象中共检出HIV阳性10例,阳性率0.5%;梅毒(TP)阳性102例,阳性率3.0%;丙肝(HCV)阳性10例,阳性率0.5%。FSW最近1次与客人发生性关系时安全套使用率为84.1%,仍较低;低档FSW HIV、TP感染率均高于中高档FSW。结论 FSW人群构成复杂,出现较多新问题,干预工作难度加大。
Objective To understand the relevant knowledge and dangerous behaviors of HIV among female sexual workers（FSW） in entertainment place,and provide evidences for improving intervention measures in the furture.Method According to national and provincial comprehensive HIV motoring scheme,1 846 sexual workers from Liuzhou were selected and investigated by one-to-one anonymous questionnaire,and then carried out serology detection.Results Most of the respondents were married,but the divorced or widowed FSWs had high HIV infection rate,which was 8.1%.10 persons were HIV positive,and the positive rate was 0.5%,102 persons were TP positive（3.0%） and 10 were HCV positive（0.5%）.The condom using rate of the last time service was 84.1%,which was still low.The infection rate of HIV and TP were higher among low grade FSW.Conclusions The constitution of FSW were complicated,and more and more new problems appeared,so the intervention works became difficult.
