摘要
试验研究了稻秸秆的含水率和原料粒径对其成型燃料物理特性的影响。试验结果表明,随着含水率的提高,稻秸秆成型燃料的松弛密度和抗渗水性呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势,成型燃料的抗跌碎性随着稻秸秆含水率的增加而降低,稻草和稻壳的最佳含水率区间分别为6.50%~7.80%和6.80%~8.50%。随着粒径的增大,稻草成型燃料的松弛密度逐渐减小,抗渗水性明显增强。稻草粒径对成型燃料的抗跌碎性影响不显著。
The effect of the moisture content and size of the straw on physical performance of the biomass densification briquetting fuel was studied.The results indicated that with the moisture content increasing,the relax density and water resistance increased firstly and then decreased,and the shatter resistance of briquetting fuel decreased.The optimal interval of moisture content of straw and rice husk were 6.50%~7.80% and 6.80%~8.50%.With the size of the straw increasing,the relax density of straw decreased,and water resistance improved.Influence of size of the straw on the shatter resistance of briquetting fuel was not notable.
