食品纸塑铝复合包装废弃物的回收工艺设计及设备选型 被引量:2

摘要 为了实现食品纸塑铝复合包装废弃物资源化的目的,设计了日处理量为10 000 kg的回收工艺,通过预处理将回收的纸塑铝复合包破碎、清洗、消毒,然后利用水力碎浆技术及滚筒筛选将碎纸浆与铝塑筛渣分离,碎纸浆经造纸程序形成成品纸浆,而铝塑筛渣经铝塑分离形成成品铝、塑粒子。同时对工艺要点进行了着重说明,并根据工艺要求对所涉及的设备进行了型号和产能的选择。 In order to realize the reclamation of food packaging made of paper, plastic and aluminum, designing the recovery process with 10 t·d-1, crushing,washing and disinfection through the preprocess, the pulp was separated with plastic and aluminum through water repulping and trommelling technology. Paper was made of pulp and granule of plastic and aluminum was made of residue. At the same time, the key point of process was emphasized. The type and capacity of equipments were also chosen according to the request.
