摘要
针对水文地质条件复杂或有突水淹井危险的矿井现有排水和防水系统存在的诸多不足,提出应采用大功率矿用潜水泵进行井下排水。分析了大功率矿用潜水泵的特点和安装布置方式,并对其自动化监控系统进行了说明。最后通过现场应用证明,大功率矿用潜水泵在煤矿井下排水中效果明显,极具推广和应用价值。
According to several disadvantages existed in the available water drainage and mine water prevention system in the mine with complicated hydrological conditions or a water inrush and floods dangers, a high power mine submersible pump was provided for the water drainage in the underground mine. The paper analyzed the features and installation layout mode of the high power mine submersible pump and introduced the automatic monitoring and control system. The site applications showed that the high power mine submersible pump would have obvious effects in the mine water drainage in underground mine and could have high promotion and application values.
