摘要
基于PLC和工业组态软件设计一个城市污水处理远程监测系统。系统采用分布式控制系统结构,由上位机和现场设备构成。系统上位机采用组态王6.51组态软件开发上位监控界面,能够完成远程实时监测和管理任务。分布于生产现场的西门子PLC和智能检测仪表,作为该污水处理远程监控系统的下位机使用,完成实时数据采集和自动控制的功能。ProfiBus总线的应用提高了数据传输的稳定性和速率。该系统在北京某污水处理中心投入使用,运行稳定、管理功能完善。
A remote monitoring and control system for sewage treatment based on PLC and industrial configuration software was presented. The system is consisted of upper computer and lower computer, which adopts distributed control system structure. Configuration software set King 6.51 is adopted to develop monitoring and control software for upper computer, SIEMENS PLC and intelligent measure instruments distributing in scene are adopted to develop as lower computer of control system. The upper computer is used to provide friendly control interface and accomplish remote monitoring and control task. The lower computer is used to fulfill real time da- ta collection and automation function in sewage treatment scene. The stability and velocity of data transfers were improved by applying ProfiBus in data transfers. Many superiority performances was presented when this system was employed in Beijing Xihai Haoye sewage treatment centre.
