摘要
为了弥补传统污水处理工艺高能耗低效率的不足,采用新型曝气生物滤池(Biological Aerated Filter,BAF)污水处理工艺为研究对象,结合具有很强处理功能的SIEMENS S7-300 PLC,提出了一种BAF小区生活污水处理智能控制系统;介绍了BAF污水处理工艺原理及流程、智能控制系统配置方案和硬件软件设计;该滤池总设计水量为600m3/h,最佳气水冲洗比例为3.5∶1,系统能够实时追踪现场运行参数和故障诊断与报警,实现了对污水处理的智能控制;通过实际运行和实验分析,系统运行稳定可靠,BOD、COD去除率达到96%,电耗降低为原来的71%,降低了能源损耗,较好的达到了城市回用水水质标准。
In order to make up for the shortage of the traditional sewage treatment which has high energy consumption and low efficiency, using biological aerated filter (BAF for short) as the research object, combined with strong processing function of the SIEMENS S7-- 300 PLC, puts forward a kind of intelligent control system of biological aerated filter wastewater treatment. It introduced the principle of BAF sewage treatment process, configuration scheme of intelligent control system, hardware and software design. The water yield of BAF is 600m^3/h, and the best rate of backwash is 3.5 : 1, the system can real--time tracking site operation parameters, failure diagnosis and a- larm, realizing the intelligent control system. Through the actual operation and experiments analysis, the system runs stable, easy to control and manage, the degradation rate of BOD and COD up to 96%, the consumption down to 71 %, better achieves the quality standard of urban reuse water.
