摘要
加强合同实施过程控制是工程建设合同管理的重要环节。结合潘口水电站工程合同管理实践,介绍了该工程合同变更案例及变更计价与索赔处置的基本做法,侧重阐述了合同管理中对"甲供材"价格变动、"暂定金"的设置运用、工程价款结算以及工程保险理赔等具体管理问题的剖析与思考。针对合同管理工作存在的缺失,提出了进一步改进和完善的建议措施。
Strengthening process control of contract performing is an important part of contract management in projects. Combi- ning with contract management of Pankou Hydropower Station, we present contract change cases and treatment methods of chan- ging pricing and compensation. We also pay attention on some issues such as price fluctuation of construction materials provided by owner, operation of provisional sums, settlement of project payment, engineering insurance claim. Some further perfecting measures are proposed aiming at several defects in contract management.
