摘要
以内蒙古农业大学牧草试验站收获的老芒麦种子为材料,研究在常温条件下贮藏1～7年老芒麦种子活力的变化规律。结果表明:在自然条件下贮藏,老芒麦种子的活力下降较快,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数随贮藏年限的增加呈下降趋势。贮藏超过6年的种子活力极大丧失;生理指标测试显示,种子浸出液电导率随贮藏年限增加而升高、过氧化物酶及TTC含量则降低,种子葡萄糖含量与贮藏年限之间不存在必然的变化规律。
The research studied that seed vigor of Elymus sibiricus L. were stored at normal temperatures for 1 -7 years. The results showed that the seed stored at natural conditions, seed vigor dropped quickly, and germination rate, germination energy, germination index, vigor index were decreased with the increasing of storage duration. The seed vigor would be lost enormously if seed was stored over 6 years ;The results of physiological indicators indicated, while the storage duration increased, electric conductivity increased, TFC and peroxides decreased, There was no obvious rule between sugar content of seed and storage duration.
