施氮对老芒麦种子产量及其构成因子和种子活力的影响 被引量:11

摘要 以老芒麦为实验材料,通过春季和秋季不同的施肥处理,探讨了施氮对其种子产量及其构成因子和种子活力的影响.结果表明,施氮对老芒麦种子产量影响显著.春秋分次施氮350kg/hm2的处理,种子产量最高为1059kg/hm2,与春季一次性施氮150kg/hm2(种子产量967kg/hm2)、秋季一次性施氮150kg/hm2(种子产量1008kg/hm2)的处理差异不显著.通过发芽试验得出:春秋分次施氮250kg/hm2种子发芽率、种苗长达最大值;春秋分次施氮350kg/hm2种子活力指数、发芽指数达最大值. Based Elymus sibiricus L.materials for the experiment,the different levels of nitrogen were fertilized in spring and autumn.The results showed that the nitrogen was significant impact on the seed yield of Elymus sibiricus L,the highest seed yield was 1 059 kg/hm2,so got it at the treatment of 350 kg/hm2 nitrogen fertilizer,there was no distinction among the seed production of disposable fertilizer 150 kg/hm2 in spring(the seed yied was 967 kg/hm2) and disposable fertilizer 150 kg/hm2 in autumn(the seed yield was 1 008 kg/hm2).Through seed germination experiment,the germination rate and length of seedling were maximum with the treatment of 250 kg/hm2 nitrogen fertilizer,the vigour index and germination index of seed were maximum with the treatment of 350 kg/hm2 nitrogen fertilizer.
