摘要
为了研究不同密度和施氮量交互因子作用对老芒麦种子形态及萌发活力的影响,以老芒麦DJ-01新品系为种质材料,设计了高、低密度与5个不同施氮量进行萌发实验。结果表明,在低密度施氮60 kg·hm-2、90 kg·hm-2、高密度施氮120 kg·hm-2条件下种子的发芽势和发芽指数最高。随着施氮量的增加,种子的长度和宽度均略有提升。
In order to study the effects of interaction between different planting density and nitrogen application on seed morphology and germination activity of siberian wildrye,the new variety DJ-01 of siberian wildrye was used as the material to conduct germination experiments with high planting density,low planting density and 5 different nitrogen applications.The results showed that the germination potential and germination index of seeds were the highest under the low density nitrogen application with 60 kg·hm-2 and 90 kg·hm-2 and high density nitrogen application with 120 kg·hm-2.And,with the increase of nitrogen application,the length and width of seeds increased slightly.
