摘要
桢楠主要通过播种的方式进行繁殖。种子贮藏方法与活力保持是播种育苗非常重要的环节。本试验以桢楠种子为材料,设置不同温度进行贮藏试验,通过研究种子发芽率、相对电导率和丙二醛含量等,初步探讨了桢楠种子的耐贮性。结果表明,桢楠种子的含水量为27.33%±1.52%。贮藏0 d时种子的发芽率为79.5%;贮藏至60 d时,25℃、4℃、-20℃、-70℃条件下种子的发芽率已经分别降低到17.5%、20%、0和0;贮藏至180 d时,4个温度条件下的发芽率全部降低为0。贮藏期间,种子的相对电导率和丙二醛含量均随时间的延长而逐渐上升。不同温度条件下,种子的相对电导率和丙二醛含量变化亦明显不同,25℃与4℃条件下的上升幅度显著小于-20℃、-70℃条件下的上升幅度,与种子发芽率的变化规律一致。可见,桢楠种子含水量为27%左右时,贮藏期间容易丧失活力。
Phoebe zhennan is mainly propagated by seeding.Seed storage and vigor maintenance are very important for seedling propagation.Seeds of P.zhennan and different storage temperatures were adopted in the present study to determine the storability of the seeds by investigating its germination rate,relative membrane permeability and malondialdehyde content.The results showed that the water content of the seeds was 27.33%±1.52%.The germination rate of the seeds was 79.5%at the beginning of storage.After stored for 60 days,the germination rates of the seeds under 25℃,4℃,-20℃and-70℃have been reduced to 17.5%,20%,0 and 0,respectively.When stored for 180 d,the germination rates under the four temperatures all decreased to 0.Both of the relative membrane permeabilities and malondialdehyde contents of the seeds increased with the prolonging of storage.Changes of the relative membrane permeabilities and malondialdehyde contents of the seeds were also significantly different under different temperature conditions.The increasing amplitudes under 25℃and 4℃were significantly smaller than those under-20℃and-70℃,identical to the variations of the seed germination rates.Therefore,the seeds of P.zhennan are easy to lose vitality during storage under the water content of around 27%.
