摘要
目的 分析窦口鼻道复合体的正常和变异及其与鼻窦炎的关系。材料与方法 对 5 0例前组副鼻窦炎和 2 0例正常人比较观察 ,并作滴鼻净试验。结果 窦口鼻道复合体解剖变异在正常与病变组之间无明显差异 ,滴鼻净有助于鉴别诊断。结论 解剖变异是较常见现象 ,首先采用冠状位扫描 ,并用滴鼻净方法较好。
Objective To analyze the normal anatomy and the variations of the ostiomeatal complex, and their relationship with sinusitis.Materials and Methods Comparing observation between anterior sinusitis cases (n=50) and normal subjects (n=20) was made, and naphazoline hydrochloride test was done.Results No significant difference in anatomic variations of ostiomeatal complex was found between normal group and diseased group. Naphazoline hydrochloride dropping was helpful for differential diagnosis.Conclusion Anatomic variations of ostiomeatal complex are common findings. Using coronal position together with naphazoline hydrochloride dropping is of first choice in CT examination.
