颅内神经节细胞胶质瘤诊治分析 被引量：2

An Analysis of Diagnosis and Treatment for Intracranial Ganglioglioma

摘要 回顾性分析2005年1月至2010年6月收治的4例神经节细胞胶质瘤患者的临床资料。临床表现为癫痫、头痛等。治疗方法主要为手术及术后放疗。随访20～83个月,2例症状明显缓解,2例轻度缓解,随访期间无复发及转移。认为神经节细胞胶质瘤临床上少见,疾病发展呈现相对良性过程,治疗应以手术为主,尽可能全切,术后残留或分化较差者建议放疗。
