碳钢在土壤介质中的腐蚀测量方法对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 碳钢在土壤介质中不可避免的会发生腐蚀,将材质为20号碳钢的试片埋置在土壤实验箱中,分别使用极化电阻法、电阻探针法和失重法测其腐蚀速率,每种测量方法都有其优缺点和适用范围,经数据处理得腐蚀速率约为0.4 mm/a,耐蚀等级评定为一般。 Carbon steel will be corroded inevitably in the soil, the No. 20 steel specimens was buried in the soil experiment box, using the method of polarization resistance, resistance probe and the weight loss method to measure the corrosion rate respectively. Each measurement method has its advantages and disadvantages and scope of application, through data processing the corrosion rate is about 0.4 mm/a,and the corrosion resistant level is classified as general.
