摘要
采用缓蚀剂防腐,是一种经济、方便、有效的防护措施,腐蚀速率或缓蚀率是缓蚀剂的重要性能指标,评价的主要依据是石油天然气行业标准SY/T 5273-2000。该标准中腐蚀速率或缓蚀率的计算,未考虑酸洗空白失重。通过评价试验结果证明,如果不考虑酸洗空白失重,计算出的腐蚀速率偏大,缓蚀率偏小,人为地夸大了腐蚀、缩减了缓蚀剂的防护效果。
It is an economical,convenient and effective preventing method to use corrosion inhibitor for anti-corrosion.The corrosion rate or the corrosion inhibition rate is the important index of corrosion inhibitors,and the evaluation is mainly based on the standard SY/T 5273-2000 of oil and natural gas industry.But the calculation of corrosion rate or corrosion inhibition in this standard didn＇t take into consideration the weightlessness of acid cleaning blank.The results of evaluation tests indicate that if the weightlessness of acid cleaning blank is not taken into consideration,the calculated corrosion rate will be larger while the corrosion inhibition rate will be smaller.This artificially exaggerates the corrosion and reduces the preventing effect of corrosion inhibitors.
