按照E级船用结构钢板的技术要求及市场需求,通过合理的低C,Nb和Ti微合金化的化学成分设计,结合控轧控冷工艺及正火热处理工艺成功开发了以正火状态交货的E级船板,其性能完全符合GB712-2000标准的要求及各国船级社船规的要求,得到了九国船级社工厂的认可.
Based on the technical requirement and the market demand,the grade E hull plate with normalizing delivery condition is successfully developed by reasonably low C,Nb,Ti chemical composition of micro-alloying design,combine with the TMCP and normalizing process,of which the product quality fully conforms to the requirement of GB712-2000 standard and classification societies standard,and receives the approval of nine country classification societies.
