摘要
运用热模拟技术,硬度测量及透射电镜(TEM)观察,研究了简单成分的含Mo微合金钢的析出行为。结果表明:含Mo0.33%时,Mo在奥氏体变形后弛豫没有析出产生;在525℃时效过程中形成硬度峰,Mo在Δ基体中发生沉淀。Mo与微合金元素Nb存在较强的相互作用。
Thermo-simulation test, measurement of hardness and transmission electron microsco- py(TEM) were applied to investigate the precipitation behavior in a Mo-contained micro-alloyed steel. The experimental results indicate that: no precipitation occurs in deformed austenite when Mo is 0. 33% and the hardness peak can be observed at 525℃ in matrix. By means of TEM analysis,a strong interaction exist between elementa Mo and Nb.
