摘要
合成了7种纯的曼尼希碱,用失重法、极化电阻法、极化曲线法研究其在HCl溶液中对20#碳钢的缓蚀行为及分子结构对缓蚀作用的影响.结果表明曼尼希碱的缓蚀效率与分子结构有较大关系。
Seven pure Mannich bases were synthesized, their corrosion inhibition for 20# carbon steel in 1 mol/L HCl solution was examined by using weight loss, polarization resistance and polarization curve measurements. The effect of the chemical structure of Mannich bases on their corrosion inhibiting action had been explored. Results indicated that the chemical structure of Mannich base had influence on their inhibition efficiency. PAP was the best inhibitor among them.
