摘要
高校作为实施素质教育的重要基地,担负着培养社会主义现代化建设合格人才的重任。作为高校素质教育的重要内容,大学生法律意识的培养同样也是高校德育教育的重要组成部分,应首先从了解和掌握基本法律知识着手,引导他们树立良好的法制观念,增强对法律的信仰,自觉守法,依法维护自己的正当权益。
